Lower Apartment Desciption
A round marble table in the dining room separates the sunken living room from the well- equipped kitchen. Sliding glass doors lead from both the living room and the master bedroom to a large terrace with comfortable seating and table for enjoying morning coffee while watching the waves or relaxing over cocktails at the end of the day. The master bedroom has a queen bed, A/C, TV and VCR. A full bath is off the master bedroom with a cut out in the shower so that even while bathing you can still enjoy a view of the sea. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds, A/C and a private full bathroom as well.

If notice of cancellation is received 60 days or more prior to your arrival, your deposit will be refunded less a 20% handling charge. There will be no refund after 60 days prior to arrival. There is no charge for changing of dates if available. For your peace of mind we recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance.
