Property Desciption
Conveniently located close to downtown, these new apartments on the lagoon, offer affordable options for Isla visitors. There are 6 apartments in all. Three of the apartments are studio style with kitchenettes. Two apartments do not have kitchenettes but are equipped with fridges. The last apartment is the largest with a bedroom containing a double and a twin bed separate from the living space.
There is a large terrace area for use of all guests. All apartments have cable TV, weekly maid service, and large bathrooms. Suites with kitchenettes have microwave ovens, full stove with oven, coffee makers, mixers as well as dishes and utensils. Suites are available by the week or by the month.

If notice of cancellation is received 60 days or more prior to your arrival, your deposit will be refunded less a 20% handling charge. There will be no refund after 60 days prior to arrival. There is no charge for changing of dates if available. For your peace of mind we recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance.

The balance will be paid in cash upon arrival or by traveler’s check in the case of large amounts. Sorry, we cannot accept credit cards and no personal checks.
