Property Desciption
With the incomparable turquoise hues of the Caribbean at your doorstep, downtown and beaches a short walk away, a rooftop pool to cool off in: Villa Tranquila has it all. Each room has its own furnished terrace with the palapa shaded rooftop terrace perfect for relaxing on comfortable lounges after your dip in the pool. The rooftop terrace offers views of the open sea and Mujeres Bay and also has a fridge and sink for refreshments with table and chairs for enjoying spectacular sunsets while group dining.
This beautiful villa can be reserved as a 2 bedroom main house accommodating 4 guests, as 2 individual studios (each accommodation 1 - 2 guests) or as the entire villa very comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The living room,master bedroom and both studios are all ocean front.
Villa Tranquila and neighboring Casa Tranquila can be combined to accommodate 12 to 14 guests. Because of 2nd and 3rd balconies, this property may not be safe for children.
Whole House Desciption
The first floor consists of a sunken living room furnished with comfy leather chairs with ottoman, built in couches, cable TV with DVD player, CD player and more. Sliding glass doors lead to the terrace. There is a half bathroom on this level decorated with one of the wonderful Mexican ceramic sinks and tiles you will see throughout the villa. The well equipped kitchen includes a gas stove with grill and there is a dining area that can accommodate 8 guests.
A circular staircase leads to the 2nd floor with two bedrooms each with private full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, leather easy chair and ottoman, bar fridge and furnished terrace overlooking the Caribbean. The second bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms have cable TV, DVD player, CD player, clock radio and bottled drinking water.
Across the courtyard from the main house is the studio wing. Both upper and lower studios have queen beds, full bathrooms, cable TV, DVD player, CD player, bar fridge, microwave oven, and coffee maker. Both studios have furnished terrace areas as well as interior seating area and table and chairs.
