Casa Nezahualcoyotl (Neza), a model of modern Mexican architecture, is named after a Chichimec poet king. As you cross the threshold, walking over the Zen pond you are welcomed by the serenity of a tropical oasis. Palm trees surround the oversized 12’ x 39’ pool crowned by a 10 person outdoor tub the sound of whose waterfall calms your spirit. Open the glass front sliding doors that unite the private exterior garden with the interior space, enter and find yourself in a large open living area with Bali themed bamboo furniture. The great room also features a teak dining set and a fully equipped kitchen. Natural, locally cut lime stone floors and Caribbean style louvered doors made of Tzalam emanate an atmosphere of luxury. The bedroom terrace winds around the upper floor overlooking the Marina. There are original paintings and artwork throughout the house. The third floor roof terrace offers spectacular views of the Bay of Cancun, the Caribbean Sea, and the magnificent tropical sun sets.

If notice of cancellation is received 60 days or more prior to your arrival, your deposit will be refunded less a 20% handling charge. There will be no refund after 60 days prior to arrival.
